Work under this delivery order will be performed in Riverside, California, and is expected to be completed Q1 2019. “We are pleased that, after a successful development and qualification program, NAVAIR has exercised the Year 1 option and authorized production of 2 ea. production units” observed Paul T. Stevens, General Manager of PCI’s Aerospace and Defense business segment. “The LONG serves as an on-site alternative to costly and bulky oxygen cylinders or large cryogenic storage tanks that require substantial storage space and logistical supply provisions.”
NAVAIR will deploy the systems to support humanitarian and military operations.
