Oxygen Delivery System for Civilian & Mobile Field Hospitals (CODS) is a low cost oxygen distribution system that contains 10 flow regulators, one per bed, adjustable between 1-15 lpm. It is easily connected to the feeder line and designed to be connected directly to the patient.
PCI’s oxygen delivery system designed for MFHs uses a modular approach so that it can be easily tailored and scaled to MFH bed capacities.
It consists of the following components:
- Patient delivery header, each designed for 10 beds
- Alarm box supply header
- Straight supply header
The patient delivery header contains 10 flow regulators, one per bed, adjustable between 1-15 lpm. It can be easily connected to the feeder line which we call the supply header.
The supply header modules are designed to connect to the patient delivery header and with each other in a multi-tent approach. The alarm box supply header connects to the 2 patient delivery strings, with the alarm box ensuring that a pressure drop under 40 psig would alert the technical personnel.
The straight supply header connects to the 2 patient delivery strings on the other side of the tent, closing the loop.
Using this easy connect approach one can connect multiple tents to each other. It also allows connection to our DOCS, MOST, or HOBS equipment from any location.
