Francois Lacombe, a seasoned leader with an impressive track record, was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our Company in June 2022. His appointment is part of our strategic initiative to drive PCI's global business growth and meet the evolving demands of our customers. With over 20 years of experience in senior management positions, Mr. Lacombe brings a wealth of expertise in international strategic business development, plan execution, aftermarket services, supply chain operations, sales, and marketing strategies. His primary experience lies within the Private Equity arena, making him a valuable asset to our team. Before joining PCI, Mr. Lacombe demonstrated his leadership prowess as the CEO of Teleplan/Reconext, a Private Equity-backed aftermarket services company. His career trajectory also includes a successful stint as the CEO of Anovo, after which he transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Logistics and Repair at Ingram Micro CLS following the sale of Anovo to Ingram Micro. Mr. Lacombe’s diverse leadership portfolio extends to renowned organizations such as Kiala (UPS Group), Kuehne + Nagel, General Electric, and Andersen Consulting Strategic Services.

Sören Schmitz is a dynamic strategic leader who embarked on his journey with PCI in December 2003 as the head of Operations. His entrepreneurial drive led him to develop the Oxygen Solutions business as Vice President & GM since 2007, demonstrating his ability to foster growth and innovation. In 2022, Mr. Schmitz’s accomplishments with the company earned him the position of the Company's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He has been instrumental in expanding the Oxygen Solutions business into new markets and territories, including the vibrant economies of India and Brazil. Before his tenure at PCI, Mr. Schmitz spent over a decade in management consulting, devising successful growth strategies for manufacturing companies across diverse industries. These included consumer goods, building products, and medical equipment. His expertise spans a wide range of areas such as strategic planning, M&A, market and competitive intelligence, product innovation management, and continuous process improvement. Adding to his professional career, Mr. Schmitz holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Jolene Myers is an esteemed professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in private equity-backed companies, proudly joined PCI in October 2022 as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her expansive career extends across diverse sectors including manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and she has showcased her prowess as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at the Big Six accounting firm, Ernst & Young. Prior to her tenure at PCI, Ms. Myers demonstrated her financial acumen in the role of CFO for prominent companies such as Avantus Aerospace, 360 Holdings Corp/Merchsource, LLC., Innovative Building Systems, LLC, Lucix Corporation, Castle Metals Aerospace, and Paper-Pak Products, Inc. Additionally, she held the pivotal role of Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, further cementing her reputation as a trusted finance leader. Ms. Myers holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Pacific Union College.

With a robust career spanning over 20 years, Terry Wheaton brings a wealth of experience to the Oil & Gas industry. His expertise extends across both domestic and international markets, with a particular focus on oil field equipment manufacturing and well servicing. In 2006, Mr. Wheaton brought his extensive knowledge and leadership skills to PCI. Prior to this, he held a pivotal role at Halliburton as the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Services Operations Manager for Canada and parts of the United States. This position allowed him to hone his managerial skills and deepen his industry knowledge. Before his tenure at Halliburton, Mr. Wheaton served as the Technical Manager for Charge Air. This leading manufacturing company specializes in packaging compression and nitrogen membrane equipment, further broadening Mr. Wheaton's technical expertise. Mr. Wheaton also spent an enriching 7 years with Schlumberger overseas. During this time, he focused on cementing, coiled tubing, nitrogen services, and stimulation projects. This international experience has given him a unique perspective on global industry trends and practices

With a rich experience of over two decades, Bob Traweek has been at the forefront of leading high-performing teams in supply chain and operations. His strategic approach to driving growth is rooted in process improvement and fostering robust business relationships with customers and suppliers. This strategy has proven successful in streamlining the flow of material and information. Before joining our team at PCI, Mr. Traweek made significant contributions to B Braun Medical Inc. He held various leadership roles there, including Director of Strategic Projects for Marketing Supply Chain, Director of Supply Chain Operations, and Manager of Supply Planning. Mr. Traweek holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics and International Business, and another Bachelor’s degree in Japanese. All his degrees are from Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a professional certification in Supply Chain, Planning and Inventory Management, Transportation, Logistics and Distribution and Kaizen Facilitator.

Doug Noyes is a seasoned manufacturing and operations leader with a proven record of delivering exceptional results. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Noyes has developed a deep understanding of manufacturing best practices and has consistently optimized operations to achieve high productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement goals. Mr. Noyes joined the PCI leadership team in January 2022 as Director of Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement at PCI. In this critical role, Mr. Noyes is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts. With a hands-on approach, Mr. Noyes actively cultivates skills and streamlines processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. By implementing innovative strategies and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Mr. Noyes has successfully enhanced operational performance and positioned PCI towards achieving business growth strategies. Prior to joining PCI, Mr. Noyes held significant leadership roles in manufacturing to include Director of Global Operations at OK International (a Dover Co.), Director of Manufacturing at Quallion LLC., Director of Operations at Anodyne Medical, General Manager at Phillips Industries, Plant Manager/Engineering Manager at Cannon Equipment, General Manager at High-Speed Industries and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Tylan General/Mykrolis. Mr. Noyes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration combined with a certification in Six Sigman Green Belt and holds 4 U.S. Patents.

Celso Dos Santos is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of invaluable experience in the onsite gas generation business, specializing in fostering organizational growth and realizing full potential. His strong leadership skills, visionary mindset, and dedication to excellence have propelled him to achieve strategic objectives and drive successful operations. Joining PCI at our international facility in Curitiba, Brazil in May 2016, Mr. Dos Santos has been instrumental in establishing and expanding our business footprint in Brazil. As CO-CEO, he leads the company’s strategic direction, ensuring sustained growth and success in alignment with our long-term vision and objectives. Prior to joining PCI, Mr. Dos Santos held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Fulltec Gases, HOD of the Gas Department at Intakatech, and Service Manager at Dinatec. His extensive experience in leadership roles highlights his ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results. Mr. Dos Santos completed his studies in electrical technology at the Instituto Politecnico Estadual in Curitiba, Brazil.

Ayan provides leadership to the Indian subsidiary of PCI Gases, based out of Bangalore, India and has been associated with PCI Gases since 2017. He is responsible for the overall P&L of the Indian organisation while keeping a tab on all the departments of the organisation – Sales, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, HR & IT amongst other responsibilities. He has been instrumental in spearheading the Build, Own & Operate (BOO) business model within the company. Ayan has over 20 years of exceptional experience within the Industrial gases sector in companies like Praxair (now Linde) spanning across diverse spaces in Cryogenic & Non-Cryogenic plant engineering, Industrial gas application, Long term business development of Air Separation plants, Project Finance, while living and working extensively in India, China and the Middle East. Ayan is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters in Thermal Power and Fluid Engineering from Manchester University, UK.
