PCI Gases has been selected to provide oxygen generators to seven hospitals in Indonesia. This ensures a steady supply of medicinal oxygen to support healthcare needs.

I+Solutions, representing The Global Fund, has placed an order for seven fully integrated containerized solutions. Each solution includes an MDOCS 500 unit and high-pressure oxygen boosters to enable cylinder capability. These features enhance oxygen supply and operational flexibility for hospitals.

PCI’s proprietary VSA technology is known for its efficiency and robustness. Moreover, the technical design reduces service and maintenance needs. As a result, it extends the economic service life of the systems, benefiting both healthcare facilities and their patients.

VSA Technology

The VSA proprietary technology in PCI’s oxygen generators is recognized as the most power efficient and robust technology currently available in the marketplace. Technical simplification reduces service and maintenance requirements while increasing economic service life for the benefit of healthcare facilities and their patients.

To produce oxygen from air, PCI uses a proprietary Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) process that eliminates many of the design problems associated with traditional on-site gas separation systems (PSA). Our innovative VSA system eliminates the need for process valves, feed air compressors, associated dryers and feed air filtering systems. Our robust VSA oxygen process extracts maximum sieve and power efficiencies = low cost (both CapX and OpX) high purity oxygen generation. Oxygen produced is 93% purity. Additional product/systems features include load following, remote monitoring and diagnostics along with an industry only 10-year warranty on the adsorber bed vessel. Average life span of our systems is 10-15+ years.
