In order to do this, we produce oxygen from air, using a proprietary Vacuum Swing Adsorption (or VSA oxygen) process that eliminates many of the design problems associated with traditional Pressure Swing Adsorption (or PSA oxygen) systems (process valves, air compressors and driers). This in turn leads to inherent higher reliability. In addition, this unique technology leads to 50% less power consumption compared to competing technologies. While the ability to “load follow”, using a VFD on the blower, means you only produce the oxygen you need. This saves even more power, optimising your oxygen supply to suite your needs. All this while controlled and monitored through our remote monitoring portal. 

The DOCS Range all produce oxygen at 93% (+/- 3%) purity and a supply pressure of up to 100psig (6.9 barg). The range includes the following machines: 

DOCS 80   ( 80 lpm   / 6.4kg/hr / 153kg/day   (340 lbs)) 

DOCS 200  (200 lpm / 15.8kg/hr / 380kg/day (840 lbs/day)) 

DOCS 500  (500 lpm / 39.7kg/hr / 954kg/day (2100lbs/day) 

DOCS 2500 (2400 lpm/ 191.6kg/hr / 4600kg/day (5.11STPD)) 

DOCS 5000 (5000 lpm/ 397.5kg/hr / 9540kg/day (10.5STPD)) 

These compact and modular systems are easy to install and maintain. They can be installed outside, with just protection from the sun and weather. This is ideal in retrofitting situations, where oxygen is now required due to increased loads and capacity constraints.
