PCI Gases at AquaSur Chile 2022 with Covepa
PCI at the largest aquaculture fair with our distributor COVEPA, a leading company in the aquaculture industry in Chile
AquaSur, the most important aquaculture fair in the southern hemisphere, was held on March 2, 3 and 4, 2022 with the participation of more than 15,000 attendees, 1,000 companies and 250 national and foreign exhibitors from Norway, Spain, the United States. United States, Canada, Denmark, China, Japan, Korea, France and Portugal, among others. It is estimated that the event generated close to US$150 million in business, promoting sustainability in the industry and contributing to the relationship between companies from different countries, generating great business opportunities. The event was held after almost two years face-to-face and it was attended by important suppliers, authorities and exhibitors.
During the three days of the event, PCI Gases was present with a shared stand with its distributor COVEPA, a leading company in the aquaculture industry in Chile. Due to this strategic alliance, PCI has managed to gain a strong reputation with the most important actors in the Chilean fish farming sector. VSA Technology
To produce oxygen from air, PCI uses a proprietary Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) process that eliminates many of the design problems associated with traditional on-site gas separation systems (PSA). Our innovative VSA system eliminates the need for process valves, feed air compressors, associated dryers and feed air filtering systems. Our robust VSA oxygen process extracts maximum sieve and power efficiencies = low cost (both CapX and OpX) high purity oxygen generation. Oxygen produced is 93% purity. Additional product/systems features include load following, remote monitoring and diagnostics along with an industry only 10-year warranty on the adsorber bed vessel. Average life span of our systems is 10-15+ years.
